Contract work is one of the major elements of Camerons Brewery's business.

Our facility at the lion Brewery provides the flexibility to produce a large range of products from traditional cask ales to premium lagers.

We have an impressive selection of fermenting vessels from open squares to modern enclosed conicals as well as a flexible storage and handling facility for various yeasts.

Our reputation for quality and response is second to none as our track record proves: Previously we have brewed such products producing major premium mainstream products for national brewers.

Our 700,000 barrel per annum facility means we have the capability to support major contract requirements although our flexibility allows us to facilitate small volume runs.

Once produced, we can condition the products prior to distributing in bulk or packaging in keg or cask in a variety of sizes.

Alternatively we can simply offer a cask or keg racking service for imported products.

The Lions Den is Camerons very own Micro Brewery and Bottling line. The facility offers small run contract brewing and bottling capability. This is an ideal test-bed for new product development, niche brands and small scale brewing.

Micro Brewery
The brewery is designed for 10 barrel brew lengths and consists of the following:-

	A two roll malt mill, grain auger and hydrator
	A 10 barrel brewhouse including mash tun, copper, hot liquor tank, wort heat exchanger and control panel
	Hop strainer for use with whole hops
	Dual purpose 10 barrel fermentation and conditioning tanks
	Transfer of product to cask or bottle

Bottling
The facility includes the following:-

	Sterile filtered lagers and ales at 3°C pumped from bright beer storage tanks
	Fully enclosed Isobaric Tribloc machine capable of pre rinsing, filling and crown capping glass and plastic bottles with carbonated beers to consistent and accurate fill levels with absence of oxygen
	2500btls/hr at 500ml, pro-rata throughput for smaller bottles (3300btls/hr 330ml)
	Self adhesive labelling (front, back, neck and wraparound)
	Flexible packaging including cartons and boxes
	Multiple bottle sizes
